Refund policy

1. Eligibility
Only unopened items in their original condition are eligible for return. All returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

2. How to Start a Return
Email returns@simplydivineiam.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. If your return is approved, we'll send instructions on how to return your product.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Simply Divine is not responsible for lost returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened products, final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
